We are the go-to network for connecting youth-supporting professionals with the opportunities, training, and tools they need to empower the next generation to lead healthy and fulfilling lives. Our vast membership network of more than 5,600 affiliates is made up of diverse adolescent sexual and reproductive health professionals.
For over 40 years, our conference has been the only comprehensive annual national event to convene adolescent sexual and reproductive health professionals. Hundreds of conference attendees attend our apex capacity-building event each year. They come to strengthen their skills to implement evidence-based and innovative approaches and network with national colleagues to share lessons learned.
Our attendees are youth-supporting professionals. They are teachers and educators, counselors and clinicians. The caring adults. And every day, they are working hard to provide honest, affirming care and education. In these roles, they are in unique positions to recommend products and services to tens of thousands of youth across the country, as well as to the agencies they represent.
At Healthy Teen Network, we know youth-supporting professionals do their best when they’re connected to great opportunities and resources—and with others working in sexual and reproductive health. And when they are well-supported, we see more positive outcomes for the youth they serve.

Without a printed program, the conference app is the place to be. Ads are a dynamic space in the conference app. Become a Highlight Reel Sponsor to
- Feature an upcoming event, such as your local conference.
- Promote a session at the conference, such as a workshop. presentation or poster session.
- Share a resource, such as an infographic, report, tip sheet, or tool.
- Sell an item, such as a book or curriculum.

Ads are featured prominently in the conference app, where attendees will be continually visiting to get all the details about each session.

Ads are placed centrally in the conference app and will be viewable by attendees at least 3 business days before the conference and for several months after the conference, where they may continue to access session-related resources.
An online ad includes:
- Logo graphic (maximum size 16MB; transparent background; .PNG, .GIF, or .TIFF format; recommend 16:9 aspect ratio)
- Title or heading (40 characters, maximum)
- Caption (320 characters, maximum)
Ad information and graphics must be submitted, in compliance with specifications, by October 1, 2022. After sponsorship registration, advertisers will receive a link to an online form to submit elements (e.g., graphic, caption, link, etc.).

Payment Deadlines
All payments made by check or purchase order must be received by 09/30/2022. After that date, you must pay by check or credit card on-site to gain admittance to the conference. Attendees with outstanding balances will be refused admission. Our new mailing address is PO Box 741, Churchville, MD 21028.
*Social Media Platforms
Only social media posts designed for a youth audience will be shared on our Instagram account. Appropriate placement decisions will be made at Healthy Teen Network’s discretion.
Refund Policies
General Refunds
All requests for refunds must be made in writing (email is sufficient) and dated on or before 09/30/2022. An eligible request will entitle the registrant to a full refund less a $50 processing fee. In lieu of requesting a refund, an organization may send someone else in the place of the registrant if the initial registrant is unable to attend, and if they notify Healthy Teen Network in writing by 10/07/22.
